MENTORING FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS

Revive Your Regenerative Roots

A new paradigm for helping other human beings is being forged through the heat of climate chaos.

Many are seeking help for climate-related emotional suffering and within the helping arts are those who have begun to rise to the occasion.

We are all experiencing the convergence of past cultural trauma while reeling from the shock to the living world all around us.

Providing genuine life-changing help means drawing upon our deepest wellsprings of human wisdom. We need wisdom adequate to the challenges we face—personal and family suffering, abuse, systemic cultural trauma, toxic enculturation and, of course, climate trauma. We need new insights into not only how these have affected those we help but how they have affected us, how we see what we do, and how we approach what we do as helpers.

Whether we are psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychoanalysts, pastoral counselors, life coaches, mentors, or teachers, as helping professionals,

we are all called to this kind of wisdom. Each of us is drawn to the mind, heart, soul, spiritual, relationships, and consciousness, and in a world suffused with challenging thoughts, emotions, feelings, and behaviors, a world whose future is profoundly uncertain.

This is the greatest challenge that our species has ever faced.

We face not only severe individual grief but loss of entire assumptive worlds, existential crises, feelings of culpability and remorse, moral reckoning, anxiety and panic, dislocation, ancestral grief, despair over the potential loss of future generations, exacerbation of existing vulnerabilities, betrayal trauma, and the collision of it all with multigenerational traumatic legacies, spiritual trauma, structural dissociation and deception.

These challenges call forth our greatest gift.

This is the superpower that originally drew many of us to the helping arts.

Many of us carry in our hearts a kind of visionary intelligence that sees beneath the surface of things and moves to transform life in a healthier and more loving way.

This is an intelligence that not only understands but also feels.

When it awakens it changes the way we see and the way we live.  When this magic happens, power imbalances resolve, people become more radiantly themselves, and healing emerges. This is the living process of regeneration. The relational world of a person whose regenerative heart has awakened flows with aliveness, even in a challenged world.

It calls us to go beyond therapy, beyond mindfulness alone, to conscious evolution.

We offer a transformational relationship and practice that will help you carry your wisdom and artistry across the threshold to conscious evolution and virtuosity as a helping arts professional.
